Tuition Fee Schedule for Bowie Day School 2024-2025

Tuition and Fee Total………... $26,649 (includes deposit of 650.00)
* Tuition does not include calculators, project supplies, school trips or musical instruments.
Optional Fee: $125/month or $1250/school year for Supervised Homework Room (not an option for our OWL room students)
- Homework room is offered to all students Monday – Thursday, 2:45 pm to 5:30 pm. Students that choose to stay for homework room to complete their assignments must pay this annual fee. This is a non-refundable fee. Once you enroll in the supervised homework room, you are obligated to this fee for the entire year, regardless if your student chooses to stay or not. This fee will not be discounted for any reason such as dates attended, times attended, etc.
Financial Obligation
Contractual Financial Obligation:
All students are accepted for the entire school year. The undersigned agrees that the obligation to pay the tuition and fees for the full academic year is unconditional and that no portion of tuition or fees will be refunded or cancelled for dismissal, voluntary or involuntary withdrawal, absence, or any other reason. After submission to Bowie, this Contract is not subject to withdrawal or cancellation by the undersigned. However, if Bowie receives from the undersigned written notice, delivered by hand or by certified mail/return receipt on or before Thursday, June 1 preceding the school year shown above indicating intention not to enroll the child at Bowie for the next school year, then the undersigned shall be released from tuition and fee obligations applicable to the school year except for the nonrefundable deposit. After June 1 preceding the school year shown above the undersigned parent(s)/guardian(s) is obligated for full tuition and fees as specified in the Tuition Payment Schedule.
Policy for Financial Obligation of Moving Families for the Next School Year
Should Bowie receive from the parent or guardian written notice, delivered by hand or by certified mail/return receipt, notification of their intent to move more than 75 miles from Bowie after the June 1, deadline date of withdrawal, the financial obligation of the parent shall be modified as follows following official notification of the move from a third party (letter from employer or other).
Payment Plans
Due with the signed Enrollment Contract and Payment Plan is a deposit of $650. The tuition deposit has already been deducted from each plan below.
Plan A: Full Tuition due July 1.
Total: $25,999 Without Homework Room (This amount does not include the $650 deposit that should be paid with the contract.)
Total: $27,249 With Homework Room (This amount does not include the $650 deposit that should be paid with the contract.)
Plan B: Semester Payments due July 1 and January 1
Each payment $12,999.50 without Homework Room
Each payment $13,624.50 with Homework Room
Plan C: 10 Month Plan – July 1-April 1 (Includes: $250 installment fee)
Each payment is $2,624.90 due the first day of each month without HW room
Each payment is $2,749.90 due the first day of each month with HW room
